How do I Update My Credit Card Information

- If you'd like Empowerkit to help you out with this, you just need to send us an email to support@empowerkit.com requesting this, and we'll send you a direct link for you to edit the billing information yourself. For security reasons and in order to preserve your own information, we don't do this by phone. 

- If you'd like to make the change yourself, please read below:

In order for you to change/edit your credit card information, you will have to access your Billing account. Please note that the credentials of your billing account could be different from the credentials you use to access your site. Follow the next steps in order to access your billing account or create a password if this is your first time.

Already have your billing credentials?

If you already have your billing credentials and you just want to update your billing information, please Click Here so you can login to your account.

Don't have your billing credentials? 

Please follow the next steps so you can get your password for the first time.

1. Click Here

2. You will see two different options, please use the one that says "Request or Reset Your Password"

3. Enter the email address you used when your site was created. Usually, but not always, this is the same email address that you use to access your site. Click the Reset Password button.

4. You should receive a confirmation email with a link so you can create/reset your password.

5. After you have created your password, please Click Here and access your account using the password you have just created.

After following these steps, you'll be able to update your billing information.
