The Video app is great if you want to display a single, stand-alone video player on your page, and of course like all of the apps you can have as many Video apps on your site as you’d like. Here’s a quick tutorial showing how this app works.
This app will allow you to place a video from Youtube or Vimeo on your site.
1. Find the Video App in the menu that appears when you click Apps in the Shelf at the bottom of the page.
2. Hover over the Video app, drag it and drop the App to the desired place on the website.
3. Copy the URL of the video (you can grab it from the Share menu) from Youtube or Vimeo, e.g. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I6SNOkgaeeE
4. Go back to the website editor, click on the 
button on the top right corner of the app. It will bring up the following edit window
5. Paste the URL onto the app field, save, and voilà! The video will be there. You can resize the video by dragging the bottom right corner as shown on the image below.
6. Don't forget to publish changes!
