Your changes are being constantly saved automatically, but your site will remain a "draft" until you decide to show the changes to your visitors by making them public. Once you’re confident with your final draft, you can go to the menu and click Publish, this will make all your changes appear on the live version of your site.

How to publish your changes

You will find a button on the far right of your editor bar, with a globe and an arrow up. 

Click on the button and publish your changes.
